RROC (Restore & Rebuild Our City) is a community building organizations that is dedicated to the revitalisation and renewal of West End Atlanta. An area that provides rich history for all Atlanta, the West End is a locale once vibrant with generational home ownership legacy, a strong immediate and extended family fabric,prominent scholarship institutions, and economic vitality. RROC appreciates the existence of these unique West End qualities even now, all of which strengthen the foundation for a unified and successful effort to revitalize this community for today and for years to come. "My life has provided me with several defining moments that have led me to where I am today. Responding by FAITH to each of these moments has shaped me into who I am today and given me both the Mission for the West End and the VISION for RROC."
My desire through RROC is to restore the West End community to a place where homes are restored, relationships strengthen and lives are changed. A place whee families can find hope and salvation to empower themselves and those who live and work around them. Currently we have several programs to help single parents, the elderly, students and young married couples to have an affordable and safe place to live. Many elderly and students enjoy our Room-Mate houses where you have several individuals living together. It creates a safe, friendly and cost effect way for them to live. RROC has single unit homes where if accepted in the program you can work toward home ownership. |
